Prevention and Lifestyle Counselling

Lifestyle counselling is an important tool in identifying and addressing common obstacles on the journey to optimal health. Once these obstacles are identified, techniques such as guided meditation, deep breathing exercises and compassionate mindfulness are used to promote stress reduction. Mental health issues such as Chronic Stress, Anxiety and Depression all present challenges that are unique to each individual and their treatment is paramount in optimizing health.
